General Terms and Conditions

We are glad to accept registrations in writing (spirit in projects GmbH, Ungargasse 64 – 66 / Stiege 3 / Top 205, 1030 Wien), by fax: +43 1 2533033 – 1210 or also by email at: seminare@spiritinprojects.com. The person registering receives a confirmation of registration without delay. For the seminars and trainings the number of participants is limited for didactic and spatial reasons in order to safeguard the learning outcome. Registrations are taken into account in the order in which they are received.

The data received with the registration is stored for internal purposes by means of automatic data processing.

The seminar and training fees include all training materials, beverages, refreshments during the breaks as well as lunch. Accommodation and half-board costs and other incidental costs (e.g.: parking fees, travel costs) are not included. The fees for attending the seminars are due upon receipt of the invoice, but at the latest 14 days before the start of the seminar. Our prices are exclusive of 20% VAT.

Cancellations of registrations up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar or training are free of charge. If the cancellation is received up to 2 weeks before the start of the seminar or training, we charge 25% of the training costs. In the event of a later cancellation or the non-attendance of the participant, we are obliged to invoice the entire training amount (100%). If a substitute participant is named within the last 2 weeks before the start of the training, we charge no cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel for organisational reasons (for instance if the minimum number of participants, which depends on the type of seminar, is not reached, or in the event of the lecturer dropping out at short notice due to illness). If we cancel, we will try to rebook you to another date and/or another venue, provided that you agree to this. Otherwise you will receive back the seminar and training fees you have paid; there are no further claims.

The trainings take place from 9:00 - 17:00, unless we indicate other training hours.

Training materials or parts thereof as well as software made available may not be reproduced before, during or after the training. All training materials and scripts are intended solely for private use and are subject to copyright and trademark law. If reproduction or publication of the training materials or parts thereof is desired, prior written permission must be obtained from spirit in projects GmbH.

Our seminars and trainings are planned long in advance and prepared with the greatest possible care. Assuring quality requires continuous adaptation. For this reason spirit in projects reserves the right to make changes regarding training content, venue, dates as well as the lecturers. Such adaptations - as well as any short-notice changes - do not give rise to any claims for damages.

spirit in projects GmbH is liable only for fault. In the case of a merely negligent breach of a principal contractual obligation, liability is limited to the damage typical for this type of contract and foreseeable at the time of conclusion. In the other cases of slight negligence, liability is excluded.

By submitting your registration you declare your agreement with these terms and conditions. Austrian law applies exclusively. If provisions of the General Terms and Conditions are invalid, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provisions with economically equivalent ones.
