How the training program is structured
AI projects rarely fail because of the model and often because of what surrounds it: unclear requirements, unclean data, unresolved responsibility. The program therefore does not follow the technology alone but the path from the fundamentals through integration to specialization. All trainings are bookable as live webinars and as classroom trainings in Vienna and Frankfurt am Main.
1. Understand how AI works
AI fundamentals for IT professionals put the methods, terms and limits in order; the training on the fundamentals of deep learning goes into the models themselves. Neither requires a certification and both are the entry point for every other training.
2. Data, ethics and integration
AI and data ethics in projects deals with the questions to settle before the first model – data provenance, bias, responsibility. The training on integrating AI into applications then brings the technology where it is meant to have an effect.
3. Specialize
Computer vision and generative AI on one side, AI agents and automation on the other. Added to that is the IREB® AI4RE micro-credential, for when AI is to move into requirements work itself.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need programming or mathematics skills?
IT experience helps, a degree in mathematics is not needed. The fundamentals trainings put the methods in order rather than deriving them; only the advanced trainings go deeper technically.
What exactly is AI4RE?
An IREB® micro-credential on the use of artificial intelligence in requirements engineering. It sits alongside the CPRE levels, is evidenced by a separate online assessment and requires no Foundation certificate.
Do the AI trainings lead to a certification?
Apart from AI4RE, no. The other trainings on this page conclude with the certificate of attendance from Spirit in Projects – each training states what is available.
