How the training program is structured
A scrum master works on three fronts: the process, the requirements and the quality. The program on this page is built exactly that way – one certified path each from PMI®, IREB® and ISTQB®, then scaling. All trainings are bookable as live webinars and as classroom trainings in Vienna and Frankfurt am Main.
1. Master the process
The training on agile project management covers Scrum, Lean and Kanban and prepares for the PMI-ACP® certification. It is the entry point for everyone leading or supporting an agile team.
2. Requirements and testing in the agile team
The IREB® RE@Agile Primer brings requirements work into the sprint, the ISTQB® Agile Tester brings quality assurance. Both lead to their own certification and close the two gaps that are most expensive in agile everyday work.
3. Scale
As soon as several teams work on the same product, the task changes. The training on managing scaled agile projects covers that level, the RE@Agile Practitioner the requirements work within it – with CPRE-AL certification.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a Certified ScrumMaster training?
No. The certifications on this page come from PMI® (PMI-ACP®), IREB® (RE@Agile) and ISTQB® (Agile Tester). Each training states which certification is possible.
Where do I start?
With agile project management – it sets the frame for everything else. After that your task decides: requirements (RE@Agile Primer) or quality (Agile Tester).
Do I need prior experience in an agile team?
Not to start. For the RE@Agile Practitioner at Advanced Level the CPRE Foundation certificate is required.
Where do the trainings take place?
As a live webinar and as a classroom training in Vienna and Frankfurt am Main. The date list on this page shows the next dates per location.
