Where do I start?
Anyone new to project management starts with estimating and planning – without a reliable estimate, control later becomes repair work. Anyone already leading picks the training for the problem that currently hurts.
Classic or agile – what are these trainings for?
For both. Estimation, risk and controlling apply regardless of the process model; agile project management and scaled agile cover the agile side. In practice both usually run at the same time.
